| | “Black river” is the second part of a special project named "The Blue Soup Light Box Video" made in “Video without Video” technique.
A river, one of the most archaic symbols of the bound, border, obstacle (and road), runs through the world of human conscience and its environs as Styx of Charon, as Rubicon (Red River) of Caesar, as Black River of Pushkin, as Ural of Chapaev. This river forces to create bridges, fords and ferries, it indicates the frontier which divides two spaces, two terms - “before” and “after”, “in front” and “behind”, “here” and “there”.
